Let Your Light Shine

4/1/2020

"Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." Matthew 5:16
Let's use this time wisely, and in all things, in every conversation and everything we do, whether it be the dishes for Mom, Zoom meetings, texts, or just hanging out with the family, let's let our lights shine and bring honor and glory to God.
Give a listen to Mr. Mark as he shares some encouraging words, and share in the comments below some ideas of how you can be shining your light.

always talk to them while they're across the street--if they come closer, say goodbye! :)

We asked our elderly neighbors if they needed us to get anything and they said they don’t need help right now but they’ll tell us if they need anything! My mom also helps get stuff for her dad too.
I think this is a good time to just help others and encourage them.🙏

We can facetime or call people we know and talk to them, or go on a Zoom meeting with them. We can also ask people around us if they need anything from the store so they don't have to go outside as much.

Great ideas for letting our light shine Justin. We should be looking for ways to help others...not just during the COVID mess...but always. Keep shining for God brother!

I can let my light shine by asking my family/friends/neighbors if they need anything, and by letting my friends know-through electronic devices-that they are loved by God (and me!)

Nice Hannah! Often...it's just as simple as that, we just reach out and ask. People usually respond well when they know that someone cares about them. And thank you for the ways that you reach out and show your love for all of us in your Beachside family. Blessings!
