What Is SALT?
SALT is the “Service And Leadership Team” of Calvary Chapel Beachside’s youth group. Our hope is to equip students to become actively involved in the Body of Christ by providing opportunities for them to serve in the church. SALT students will be helping in the Set-Up, Clean-Up, Greeting, and Planning of events for Overflow. Jesus says to believers in Matthew 5:13 “You are the salt of the earth"
Requirements
~All SALT students will be required to be at church 15min before and after service for prayer & set-up.
~All SALT students will be required to notify Pastor Jeff if they are unable to attend a service.
~All SALT students will be required to attend a monthly mandatory meeting on Sunday after church.
~All SALT students will be required to be a Leader: 1 Timothy 4:12
“Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity”
~All SALT students will be required to be a Servant: Mark 9:35
“And He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, "If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all."

How To Apply
1. Pray about being a part of SALT
2. Download the "salt_application File"
3. Print and fill out application. You must get a Parent signature!
4. Please return completed Application to Pastor Jeff in the youth room
